How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Custom orders or items marked as "Print On Demand" may take longer to ship. Please keep mind that processing times may be delayed due to holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by referring to your confirmation email.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship outside of the United States, or to US Territories.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?

Please check your tracking email. If you order has been accepted by your the carrier, please contact them directly. Divorceaversary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Is my order eligible for return?

If your item is eligible for return you will have 14 days from the date it was delivered to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Divorceaversary has the right to refuse any items for return for any other reason. Please contact info@divorceaversary.com to initiate a return.
